Accessibility Statement

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We have not yet had the site formally audited, so we don’t claim full conformance, but we treat accessibility problems as bugs and fix them.

• Pages use proper headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate them.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are.
• Images have text descriptions, and icon-only buttons have spoken labels.
• Form fields are labelled, and errors are announced in text, not by colour alone.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off its animations.
• Text can be zoomed to 200% without content being cut off, and the layout adapts to phones.

• The large faint "DRAIN MARSHAL" lettering behind the footer is decorative and deliberately low-contrast; it carries no information.
• Some decorative animations play when sections scroll into view, unless reduced motion is turned on.
• The website chat is newer and may not yet work smoothly with every screen reader.
