Please don't misuse the site, for example by submitting false information, trying to break or overload it, or using automated tools to scrape it or send it requests.

The information on this website, including plumbing tips and answers from the website chat, is general information. It is not a diagnosis of your plumbing and is not a substitute for an inspection by a licensed plumber. We work to keep it accurate and up to date but don't guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

Don't rely on the website or the chat in an emergency. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. For a plumbing emergency, call our emergency line at (971) 406-4869.

• Submitting a form or chatting with us is a request for contact, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you.
• We do not quote prices online. The price for any work is the written, flat-rate price we give you on site before work begins, and no work starts until you approve it.
• The free in-home inspection carries no obligation to go ahead with any work.
• Whether we can serve an address depends on its location and our availability. The service-area check on the site is an estimate based on ZIP code.

• If you opt in, Drain Marshal Plumbing Company may call and text you, including with automated messages, about your service request, appointments and the work we do for you.
• Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out; you'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply HELP, or call us, for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Plumbing work we perform is governed by the written estimate or agreement you approve at the time of service, including the scope of work, price and warranty terms. Where these terms and that written agreement differ, the written agreement applies to the work.

The chat assistant, Marshal AI, is an automated AI assistant. Its answers may occasionally be incomplete or wrong, and nothing it says is a binding quote, promise or appointment. If something matters, confirm it with our team by phone.

The text, graphics, logo and other content on this website belong to Drain Marshal Plumbing Company or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, reuse or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The site may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
